What to include in your message

• Your Rhythm Send workspace email
• The page/feature you were using (and the URL if applicable)
• What you expected vs what happened
• Any screenshots or error messages
• If this is about HubSpot: the HubSpot portal ID and whether you’re connecting Contacts or Companies

HubSpot integration help

Connecting HubSpot

• Go to Settings → CRM Integrations in Rhythm Send and click Connect under HubSpot.
• After authorization, you should be returned to Rhythm Send and see HubSpot marked as Connected.

Common issues

“Redirect URL mismatch”

Your HubSpot app’s OAuth redirect URL must match the callback URL exactly (no extra slashes, www vs non-www, http vs https).

The production callback URL for Rhythm Send is:

https://www.rhythmsend.com/api/crm/hubspot/callback

“This account isn’t eligible to install”

This usually happens when the app is set to private distribution and the HubSpot portal is not approved/allowlisted for installs.

Lists (segments) not showing up

The HubSpot connection must include the scope crm.lists.read. If lists are empty or you see a permissions error, disconnect and reconnect HubSpot to grant access.

Importing a HubSpot list

• Choose a HubSpot list (segment) and a destination list in Rhythm Send.
• Click Import.
• If your HubSpot list is very large, imports may be capped to avoid timeouts. If you need help importing a large segment, contact support.

Security & data

Rhythm Send stores third-party OAuth tokens in encrypted form and uses them only to perform the actions you’ve explicitly requested (such as importing contacts/companies from HubSpot).
